This striking vine with its bright yellow flowers and rich green leaves, can make a great statement in your yard. It typically blooms from late winter to early spring with full sun to partial sun requirements. Under the right conditions, it can reach a length of 20ft. It likes damp soil but don't overwater! Training it up a trellis is the ideal solution or you can plant it near a tree also which it will climb. Some consider it to be agressive and prefer to plant it in a pot to contain its size. Caution should be used as this plant is poisonous, even its sap, so gloves should be worn when handling this vine.
