Swiss Chard, like Kale, Mustard and Collard Greens are tall leafy greens. It is in the same family as Beets and Spinach. The leaves and stalk of Swiss Chard are edible. It provides an excellent source of vitamins K, A and C. They leaves can be used raw in salad or in wraps. They can also be cooked like spinach. As the weather cools the leaves are even tastier. We have the Magenta and Bright Lights varieties.
