Alyssum is a great cool weather annual. It likes full sun to part sun, must have good drainage, and likes fertilizer. Alyssum blooms from September through mid-April in our area. It stays small at 4 to 6 inches, so it can be used as borders or would look great in rock gardens or in flagstone.

We generally have three types in stock: Snow Crystals have clusters of tiny four petaled white flowers. The Easter Bonnet Violet has purple flowers. Easter Basket Mix, as the name suggests has purple, rose, lavender or white flowers.
